• Email subscriptions. When you subscribe to be notified about future content, your email address.
• Direct email. The contents and metadata of any email you send to joseph@theauroralink.com.
• Language preference. Stored locally in your browser via localStorage (the key al-lang). This value is not transmitted to Aurora Link.
• Server logs. Standard request information collected by the website host (IP address, user agent, time of request, requested resource), used for security and operational diagnostics.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a demonstration if requested.
• To send you the notifications you have explicitly subscribed to.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to follow up on your inquiry. Aurora Link does not sell personal data, does not share it with third parties for advertising, and does not use it to build profiles for marketing purposes.

Who has access

The Aurora Link Institutional Platform and the Aurora Link Clinic Management System are governed by separate written agreements that include their own data-processing terms, security commitments, hosting arrangements, and (where applicable) business associate or equivalent agreements. Aurora Link uses minimal browser-side storage to operate the website:

• localStorage key al-lang. Stores your language preference (EN or FR) so the site loads in your preferred language on return visits. This value remains in your browser and is not transmitted to Aurora Link.

The website does not currently set advertising cookies, does not embed third-party tracking pixels, and does not use cross-site analytics services. If this changes, this section and the privacy policy above will be updated and, where required by applicable law, prior consent will be obtained.

You can clear browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
